Features of Pneumatic Actuator

Actuator Type: Rack & pinion Aluminum alloy pneumatic actuator and scotch yoke steel pneumatic actuator

Inside of the cylinder bore is polished and PTFE lined to a roughness of Ra0.4~0.8μm, the cylinder has good self-lubricating, low friction and prolonged lifespan.

Internal guide ring is made of low frictional material to avoid direct metal to metal touch and simplify maintenance of the pneumatic actuator.  

Internally built-in air circuits of the Aluminum actuator eliminate the shortcomings of more leakage points and easy damage that outer piping tubes have.

Rack & pinion are in compact design to improve the motion efficiency.

Output torque characteristics of the scotch yoke pneumatic actuator are consistent with the opening/closing torque characteristics of large size butterfly valve, which makes reliable and economical actuator sizing.

Standard ISO5211 bottom mounting and NAMUR top mounting

Valve opening position, intermediate position and closing position can be controlled.

Valve position can be proportionally controlled by input 0~20mA e/signals.
